Clean, good location, and good customer service. Positive: The location works well for me, and it’s pretty quiet. It’s very clean and has the essential items you need for your stay. The amenities are good as well. I extended my stay here for the next month. Negative: The safety box doesn’t work. The corridor always smells bad; it seems the odor is coming from another unit. The fridge door is dirty

Very good property, poor customer care Positive: The property was clean and comfortable. I had almost everything that I needed. Location was great. Negative: Before my travel, the communication and the responsiveness of the property was poor. I had to escalate this to Booking. I paid the deposit 20 days prior to my travel by using the link that the property finally provided me with. Upon leaving the flat, I messaged them to ask about the deposit. No answer was received. As I didn't cause any damage, I expect them to reimburse me. I have all the proofs to launch an investigation if needed. Although, the property was very good, I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to the poor communication and the lack of appropriate customer service.
