يحتاج لصيانه
Positive: السكن ليس جديد والغرف فيها رائحه كريهه والمكيفات داخل الغرف ليست بارده اما بالصاله فهو بارد يوجد نمل في خشب طاوله الطعام والمطبخ الحمامات تحتاج صيانه الماء والشطافات فيها صداء
منظر الخارجي جميل مطل على دبي اي وشاطي جيبي ار بالقرب من من صيدليات وسوبرماركت
