Positive: Large and nice apartment that had most of what we needed. Nice and big balcony. Close to supermarket. Negative: We stayed here for one week, and there was no cleaning during our stay. We were only provided with one towel each for the entire week, and there was no laundry detergent available for washing clothes. There was also a lot of noise from construction work outside, both day and night, which could be clearly heard inside. When we tried to order a taxi through the Careem app, the driver could never find our location and always canceled the ride bacause they coulden't locate the property. On our last day, we therefor asked the reception if they could help us book a taxi for 04:00am. They agreed, and everything seems fine - until we got into the "taxi". When we asked where the taximeter was, the driver said it was a "limousine" - even though it was just a regular SUV car. He wanted to charge us three times the normal taxi fare. He also diden't have a card terminal, meaning we coulden't pay by card - which every regular taxis had. If it really was an "exclusive" service, it was strange that he diden't have one. We coulden't help but suspect that this was possibly a friend of the receptionist trying to make some extra money from us. Because we diden't ask for a "limousine", we ask for a taxi, and we diden't get that.
